Is there a freaking minimum to enter battle channel?!

Yeah, I live in Europe, I even freaking stayed up at night just that I could try Ali baba...
so um yeah, do you have to be like...a SHOE!? to enter that channel. Or is my TR just bugged?

I believe I saw chickens in there so I think there's no level restriction. You just need to access it at the right time. It tells you the server time and server time can also be found in the upper right corner of this page.

I see, but appearantly, the time I am posting this is 11 P.M, except that it shows me I can acces it from 9 PM - 22
