Hi there. As the title says I need tips to make a website. I want be a fan site for newbies and info's all over the place with nice graphics. The problem is I never made a website in my whole life. So I kinda need alot of help and guides.

I recommend trying the wonderful HTML tutorials you see all over the internet. HTML is by far the easiest way to code simple websites. As for graphics, you can get something for free like paint.net to do image editing. Also, you will need to find a webhost. My site is hosted on JustHost, but it costs about 7$ a month.
